Christine Smith is legal counsel to Broad Arrow Capital. Christine advises the business on structuring, negotiation, and closing of our transactions. She also assists with all issues that arise throughout the due diligence, documentation, and perfection process, ensuring that each deal progresses efficiently from inception to completion.
Prior to joining our team, Christine practiced at a regional law firm in New England, where she developed extensive experience in real estate law. Her practice encompassed mortgage and mezzanine debt origination, real property acquisition and disposition, and secondary market acquisition and sales across a broad range of real estate asset classes, including hospitality, retail, multifamily, office, and condominium properties.
Christine earned her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
